The Himalayan Koh Salt Company is confident that you will be happy with the quality of our products and stand behind every single item. If you are not satisfied with your purchase on any of our products, or if we have made an error on your shipment, please accept our apologies and contact us immediately so we can correct the error as quickly as possible. Please check your orders thoroughly upon receipt and notify us of any damages or problems within 30 days of the original order date.
Please also note that due to the customized nature of our Salt Bags, Salt Blocks products, and Himalayan Salt Lumps over 20 lbs will not be returnable. We suggest first placing a small order for Himalayan Salt (5 lbs or less) for sampling purposes before placing orders for larger quantities.
Refunds: Approved refunds will be issued in the same way in which the product was originally purchased. If the item being refunded was shipped for free and is not considered damaged or faulty, refunds will be issued less the amount of our cost to ship the product.

Cancellations:
Most orders are shipped same day or within 8 hours of order placement. Please call (201) 401-5104 as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order. We will do our best to accommodate any cancellation requests that have not yet been processed or shipped.
We are confident in our product, and we’re sure you will be, too. However, if for any reason you feel there has been a mistake with your order, or something doesn’t seem right with the quality of your product, don’t hesitate to get in touch. We can accept returns only if the product is unopened and still in the original packaging. Please make sure you contact us within 30 days of your order date to process any returns or discuss damages/mistaken orders.
Refunds will be issued in the same manner that the purchase was made (e.g., credit card, check, etc.). Free shipping will not be included in the return unless the product was considered faulty or damaged upon arrival.

We’re committed to shipping your orders quickly and economically. We work hard to keep our packaging process speedy and our shipping rates are reasonable to ship your order to you for delivery as quickly as possible. General Shipping Information
Once your order has been placed, it will be expertly packaged in our warehouse in Houston, TX. Most orders are packaged and shipped from our warehouse within 1-2 business days. The delivery date will depend on the distance your package has to travel from Himalayan Koh facility. (Phone service for website purchase are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM To 5:00 PM CST and don’t include holidays or weekends.)
Shipping rates are based on the total weight and volume of your order as well as the destination. We do our best to pack every order carefully and securely to ensure that your products arrive in good condition at your door.
We ship all small package orders via U.S. Postal Service (USPS) and FedEx. We also offer different types of expedited shipping options for small package orders, including FedEx Next Day Air, 2 Day Air and 3-Day Select.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email from Himalayan Koh with your USPS and FedEx tracking number. If you have created an account on the Himalayan Koh website, you may also log in to your my account to check your order status and find tracking information. If you choose to check out as a guest, this information will not be accessible on our website.
